Returns Are Simple!
Simply email our site to obtain a RA (return
authorization) number, provide full details of your original
order:
Order Number
Order date
Your name
Your email address
You must include the original shipping
documents that you received with your original order. This
will help us find your order to process the refund/return.
Our Returns Policy
Within 14 days of receipt of your goods
(including gifts), you may return any of the following items:
- Any product in its original condition
with original packaging and accessories.
- We can only process returns and refunds
for items purchased online at this site.
- We cannot exchange items unless they
are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more
than 14 days after shipping, will be charged a restocking
fee of

25 or 5% at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned
after 14 days or that are in unsellable condition, or
that have missing parts.
Returning a gift?
You'll receive a gift
certificate for the value of your return, which can be used
at any time toward your purchases . The gift certificate
will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order
was shipped and will be valid for six months.
Did you use a promotional voucher,
code or certificate?
If you paid for all or part of an item
you want to return with a promotional coupon or code, that
part of your refund will be credited to your account, available
to use the next time you place an order online. This does
not apply if the promotion has expired if if using a gift
voucher.
Packing and
Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps:
Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely
in a box. Please ensure you use sufficient padding to avoid
damage in transit.
All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless receipt
was declined by you due to damage in transit. You can use
the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

Lost Your Packing Slip?
Don't worry! If you ordered the item yourself,
you just need to print your reciept that was either emailed
to your or can be found in My Account section of the web
site.. What if the item was given to you as a gift, and
you don't have the packing slip or the order number? No
problem. Enclose a separate sheet of paper noting the name
and e-mail address of the person who purchased the gift,
along with the reason for your return, and send the package
to the appropriate address below:
